I had a set of wheels for a very special car. Unfortunately one of them had a broken bolt.These are 2 piece bolted... wheels. Dan had a refurbished set. I purchased wheels for over 4k from Dan. Paid him cash. He offered to take my old rims and "fix"the one that was broken. He has them painted and while doing so breaks the bolts on another one. He then tells me the price is 1200 for the other 2 that were painted. He wants to sell me my rims back for 1200 and broke one of them and was not able to fix the one that was originally broken. I felt that was unfair and explained to him that had he told me that he was going to charge 1200 I would not have agreed to the job. Now he has my rims and is refusing to give them back. I offered him to keep the rims and refund me 1000 for prior purchased rims. He refused and is keeping my rims that he painted without my permission. Why would I need an extra set of incomplete rims.Be carefu dealing with this business.read more

Dan was extremely helpful from start to finish - I was not sure which wheels would fit my car- Dan guided me through... the whole process- not only did he have the wheels I wanted but the tires and the sensors! I came across this company when i needed wheels for my vehicle. The first time i called, i was immediately able to... speak with a representative and they were professional and comforting beyond belief. The next day i was already on the way down to their shop to buy wheels. Their selection and prices for that matter can not be matched. I know because i was shopping for wheels for a whole month before discovering this place. The owner, Daniel, is a great human being and was helpful with any questions I had. This place is a life saver. Had 2 cracked rims on my Porsche Cayenne and needed replacements ASAP. I called the... dealership and several other places before I found Luxury Wheel Collection. Everything about this transaction was good. Good communication from the seller, was quick to answer questions.... Initially saw a listing on eBay for what was described as a new set of take-off wheels. Contacted the seller about fitment. Conducted transaction directly, quick and easy. Shipping was amazingly fast across the country and the items arrived in good condition. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the item description was a tad misleading. The wheels were not in fact new take-offs: had they been, Mercedes TPMS sensors would have still been installed on the wheels. Rather, I had to purchase them AFTER I installed the wheels on my car and discovered they had been removed (still can't figure out why - there is something that doesn't make sense about that). In reality, the fact they weren't installed, this wasn't disclosed in the listing, and that I had to purchase them after the fact, have them installed and the wheel/tire combination rebalanced, and cost me 4 hours of my time - 4 stars. I would have happily purchased the wheels anyway - I simply would have had the TPMS sensors ready when the wheels arrived and had them installed PRIOR to me installing them on my car. Overall, would still do business with them again. Just wish I knew the real story behind these wheels. They were NOT "new take-offs"read more
